Delivery time
The delivery time might vary for each product and your chosen delivery method. The times given are estimates, and it can take both shorter and longer time. If the shipment comes from outside of EU, it can also be held for some time in customs.
NOTE: Redbarata can not be held responsible for delays caused by incidents without our control, for example (but not limited to) delays caused by the Covid-19 pandemic.
Tracking
You will be given a tracking number where you can follow the shipment all the way. The tracking number will be visible at your account, and also sent to you in an email.
Delivery cost
The cost for delivery is calculated for each order.
Information on additional charges
For items delivered from outside the European Union, you may be subject to additional charges for VAT and, when applicable, customs duties in your country. If Redbarata is obliged by law to collect VAT, you will see the VAT inclusive price at checkout. For more information about these costs, please contact the tax and customs authorities in your country. Sample: additional costs might be charged if the order is:
Tip: If your order is above 150 EUR, split it into smaller orders to avoid additional costs.
For items transported from one EU country to another, there is no VAT to be payed. Note that this do not apply to the EEC countries (Norway, Iceland, Luxembourg) and Switzerland. These countries are to be treated as countries outside of EU.
Returns
Do not send any returns before clarifying it with us. We will give you the address to send to, and other information needed for a safe return of the goods.
You will have to carry the return shipment cost yourself if not told otherwise.

NOTE: The rules above is general terms. Some items/orders might have special delivery rules and conditions. If so, it will be informed in the item page and on your order confirmation page. If there is a conflict in terms, the terms on the order confirmation page is the one that apply.
